- Identify potential inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies to improve system performance.
- Address operational challenges, conducting root cause analysis for any mechanical system failures.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives by integrating sustainable and energy-saving solutions.
Safety & Compliance Management:
- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with applicable local, and international codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Develop and enforce safety protocols related to high-risk activities such as high-pressure piping and HVAC system installations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with environmental teams to manage emissions, noise levels, and other potential impacts of mechanical systems.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact for mechanical systems, engaging with clients, consultants, and project teams to address concerns and provide updates.
- Prepare and present progress reports, system performance data, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination with other project disciplines to ensure seamless integration and avoid conflicts during construction.
- Address feedback and implement solutions to meet client expectations and project goals.
