SPC(Statistical Process Control) Engineerは、製造工程における統計的手法を活用し、品質の安定化と継続的な改善を推進する役割を担います。Process EngineerやProcess Integration Engineerと密接に連携し、工程能力の向上やExcursion（異常発生）の未然防止を図ります。
また、SPCに関するビジネスプロセスの改善や、効果的なモニタリング手法の導入を通じて、製造品質の安定化と向上を目指します。

業務詳細：
・アサインされたプロジェクトのスケジュール管理と実行
・統計管理（SPC）の基本コンセプトを理解し、各エリアと連携してSPC活動を改善
・SPCシステムの開発、生産適用、最適化、および革新的なソリューションの提供
・ビジネスプロセス改善および品質向上施策の実施
・SPCシステムのトラブルシューティング対応
・ローカルおよびグローバルのプロジェクトチームと連携し、最適なソリューションを提供
・日々のSPC Health Check活動をリードし、PEE/PIEと協力して慢性的な異常の検出と継続的な低減を推進

必須要件：

・エンジニアリング関連分野の学士号、またはそれに相当する実務経験

・チーム内外との円滑なコミュニケーションと協働スキル

・日本語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力（N3以上） / Basic Japanese communication skills (JLPT N3 or above)

・英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力（高校卒業程度）
