Job Description:

Serve as the on-duty night shift operations and management role, responsible for handling production line abnormalities related to manpower, equipment, and materials, and making timely decisions to ensure stable operations, safety, and quality performance during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and respond to manpower, equipment, and material (Man / Machine / Material) abnormalities during the night shift.
Assess on-line issues and implement immediate contingency actions to minimize production impact.
Lead and manage night shift technicians and operators.
Act as the primary communication and escalation point for cross-functional coordination during the night shift.
Monitor production line safety, quality, and output performance during night shift operations.
Document abnormal events and conduct shift handover briefings to ensure effective day–night shift information transfer.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with on-the-job training and personnel development.

Required Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science-related discipline.
Experience in production line or manufacturing operations, with prior experience in a shift lead or on-duty role.
Strong understanding of manpower, equipment, and material abnormality handling logic.
Willingness and ability to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience serving as a night shift supervisor, lead technician, or shift leader.
Experience in cross-functional coordination or emergency incident handling.

Role Definition:

The on-site operational and technical owner during the night shift, serving as the first-line decision-making authority for production abnormalities. This role is responsible for personnel deployment, resource coordination, and risk control, and acts as the critical interface ensuring smooth information handover between night and day shifts.
