Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials.
• Conduct abnormal analysis and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process solutions.
• Train and mentor team members to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and enforce strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
