Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead device engineering activities across technology development and HVM phases
• Own device performance, reliability, and variability targets
• Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and parametric optimization
• Define and control process window from device perspective

Manufacturing & Execution

• Support HVM ramp and stable production, including issue triage and root cause analysis
• Lead cross‑geo technology transfer / offload support
• Partner with Operations to ensure manufacturability, cycle time, and cost targets

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with:Process Integration (PI)
• Process Engineering (FEOL/BEOL)
• Yield Engineering / Data Analytics
• Product Engineering & Reliability
• Manufacturing / Planning teams
• Act as device technical interface in cross‑functional and executive reviews

Team & People Management

• Manage and mentor Device Engineers (individual contributors and/or senior engineers)
• Set technical direction, prioritize resources, and develop team capability
• Drive strong execution culture and technical rigor

Data & Problem Solving

• Lead data‑driven decision making using electrical, inline, and yield data
• Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies (DOE, SPC, Pareto, FMEA, etc.)
