We are looking for a Operations and (SAP) Process Analyst in Singapore Finished Goods Operations team who will manage and oversee Finished Goods operations within a third-party logistics provider (3PL) warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, ensuring the department and business critical metrics are delivered and met. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Oversees, drives and coordinates with 3PL and personnels from various internal Micron departments on activities relating but not limited to daily operations, inventory and packaging materials management to ensure department and business critical metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with 3PL personnel for process compliance and training relating to new process or process changes
  • Train end-users on new processes and system functionalities post-change.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide first level system support on system issues.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and test case scenarios.
  • Design and execute testing plans for FG processes in S/4HANA, including integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on FG operations, inventory management, and related SAP modules.
  • Find opportunities and lead changes for process improvements.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date procedures and conducting internal audits
  • Manage direct reports work performance, including prioritizing work, assigning training, setting performance goals, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Lead / support department performance through critical metric tracking, continuous improvement projects, global initiatives as well as ensure compliance to QMS standards and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field.
  • At least 5-10 years' relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, especially in FG domain (SD, MM, WM, or EWM modules).
  • Preferred experience in semiconductor industry
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to interact with all management levels and external partners. Independent, self-motivated great teammate.
  • Strategic problem solver who can drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Capable of interpreting procedures, exercising judgment in complex situations, and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Macros, and data analytics tools like Tableau would be advantageous.
