As a Procurement Service Delivery Analyst supporting Procurement Operations at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations. You will be responsible for fulfilling service level commitments by responding to demand signals and customer orders, engaging suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery, and terms, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to the Procure-to-Pay cycle. This position requires a proactive approach to improving processes, communicating with collaborators, and managing data.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Goods Receipt (GR) operations by validating delivery of goods and services against Purchase Orders to enable accurate three‑way matching (PO, GR, Invoice) and timely supplier payments.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve Procure‑to‑Pay transactional issues, ensuring timely receipt processing, invoice resolution, and payment execution.
  • Proactively manage overdue receipts by coordinating proof of delivery and supporting documentation, addressing process gaps, and partnering with multi-functional collaborators to drive closure.
  • Collaborate with procurement leadership and business partners to strengthen controls, refine operating guidelines, and support continuous improvement initiatives across P2P operations.
  • Process and maintain procurement master data, including vendor records and catalogs, through creation, change, and deletion requests in accordance with governance standards.
  • Partner cross‑regionally with teams in the United States and Mexico, supporting procurement standards, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with supplier onboarding and reactivation processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in procurement operations and equivalent support.

  • Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay cycle and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba).

  • Fulfill responsibilities to help reach performance objectives, performance indicators, and progress reports

  • Good communication and customer relationship skills.

  • Analytical approach with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
