Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving the production target for the allocated section with the best use of 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method).
  • Build, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve outstanding efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and associates in successfully running andexecuting all the KPI’s
  • Production target / Cycle Time/WIP reduction.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to determine the guidelines for manufacturing process efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and address any manufacturing challenges.
  • Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues in real time to ensure flawless production flow.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with company Quality Manual/industry standards.
  • Ensure all manufacturing activities compliance to safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Managing projects from conception through to completion, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Simplify Manufacturing activities by extensive use of Automation / Dashboards.
  • Effective Participation in implementing new product technologies.
  • Monitor daily WIP levels across all production stages and ensure compliance with the inventory control procedures and internal controls .
  • Assist in cycle counts, audits and reconciliation of WIP inventory .

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are ready to bring their expertise and proven track record to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on process improvement and project management. Experience semiconductor will be added advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to notice and address details accurately.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office and other engineering tools.
  • Working knowledge in SAP/MES/Data Visualization software will be an added advantage
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills.
  • A proactive and ambitious approach, with a passion for innovation.
