Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and evaluate opportunities to apply AI or automation to existing SPG business operations tasks.
- Develop scripts, tools, or prototypes to automate data collection, reporting, or analysis tasks.
- Analyze operational data and identify patterns or inefficiencies that could benefit from AI‑assisted insights.
- Collaborate with the SPG operations and extended team to validate and refine proposed solutions.
- Document approaches, findings, and results, and present outcomes to the team at the conclusion of the internship.
Minimal qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree students in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Practical experience with coding assistants/agents.
- Interest in AI, automation, or data‑driven problem solving.
- Basic familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies in a mentored environment.
Preferred Experience
- Introductory coursework or personal projects involving AI, machine learning, automation, or data analytics.
