  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve processes, workflows, and SOP.

  • Support data collection and basic analysis activities to assist engineers in performance tracking and improvement projects.

  • Foster a collaborative and disciplined team environment across shifts.

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or Applied Sciences (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Materials, or related disciplines).

  • Able to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.

  • Basic familiarity and understanding of manufacturing processes and high volume manufacturing or production environments.

  • Ability to follow structured work instructions and procedures.

  • Ability to use computer-based systems and applications to perform daily tasking, data entry and reporting.

  • Willingness to learn manufacturing systems, tools, and equipment.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills (in English) for reporting issues and handovers.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

  • Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume production environments is preferred.
