業務内容

・プロセス条件および技術の確立・改善・プロセス能力の向上と生産コストの削減
・プロセスマネジメントプロジェクトの策定・修正
・各種半導体装置のプロセスパラメータ設定
・新規装置・材料の評価、導入促進、計画立案
・異常解析および改善

必須条件：
・学士号または同等の経験
・日本語または英語でのコミュニケーションが可能
