Join our team at Micron in Taiwan as an ID1 ME PCS Technician, contributing to our R&D engineering for wafer fabrication. Our department is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence in semiconductor manufacturing. Position Overview:

Join us to drive technological advancements in product management as an ID1 ME PCS Technician.

Responsibilities:

• R2R control setup and configuration for new processes, equipment, and coverage requirements submitted through PCS request system as assigned.
• Review all GCPs with R2R selected and respond to R2R and RR requests involving R2R setup or changes affecting current R2R setup or new R2R setup.
• First response to R2R P1/P2 incidents and requests in F4 non-business hours.
• Monitor critical metrics and participate in tactical meetings to reduce errors and improve R2R coverage.
• Understand and follow R2R best known methods (BKM), business rules and standards, and change management procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in operating and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment.
• Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present findings effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to strictly follow protocols and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with process development in a high-tech environment.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and yield improvement techniques.
• Ability to determine root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ambitious and diligent approach with a passion for innovation.
