Join Micron’s team in Taiwan as an ADT DIR (Diffusion, Implant, and RTP) Engineering Manager, making a significant impact on the future of memory and storage solutions.

You will be in charge of leading a dedicated team within our engineering department. Your main goal will be to achieve flawless execution in DIR processes. This is crucial to ensure that our products remain competitive on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the DIR engineering team to successfully implement brand-new techniques and processes.
• Develop and optimize DIR recipes to ensure exceptionally high-quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and address process integration challenges.
• Strictly monitor and maintain equipment performance to achieve flawless operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and yield.
• Successfully lead the transfer of DIR technology from TD to OMT and implement it effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in DIR process development and optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating engineering teams.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach.
• World-class teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to determine and implement solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English and communication.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimal 5 years proven experience in DIR engineering, with a focus on memory or semiconductor industries.
• Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering team.
