We are currently looking for a highly skilled Manager to join our dynamic team in Taiwan. This outstanding opportunity will enable you to lead exceptional manufacturing processes and encourage a culture of innovation and excellence.

Join our Manufacturing department as a Manager and play a key role in achieving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and setting new industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and successfully implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, encouraging a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
• Strictly monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate daily operations and address any challenges to maintain flawless production flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork.
• Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools, with a strong understanding of standard methodologies in the industry.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing manufacturing processes and systems.
• Prior experience in the memory or semiconductor industry is preferred but not required.
