Job Summary: Leads capital planning, budgeting, and investment governance for Global Engineering Labs (GEL). Partners with engineering, manufacturing, and finance leaders to ensure capital investments align with technology roadmaps, operational priorities, and financial objectives. Coordinates capital funding cycles, scenario planning, and carrying out large, complex equipment investments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual and multi‑year equipment asset budgeting and funding cycles.
• Develop and lead capital budgets, forecasts, and return on investment analyses.
• Drive scenario planning and capital readiness reviews.
• Partner cross‑functionally to align engineering roadmaps with capital strategy.
• Present capital plans, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in engineering, manufacturing, finance, or capital planning roles.
• 5+ years in people leadership or senior technical leadership.
• Expertise in capital planning and financial analysis.
• Experience with large‑scale, equipment‑intensive investments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MBA or MS degree or relevant equivalent experience).
• Strong cross‑functional and executive interpersonal skills.
• Strategic decision‑making experience in a matrixed, technical environment.
• Experience in global organizations dedicated to innovation and digital solutions.
• Continuous improvement approach for capital process optimization.
