Role Purpose

Lead instrumentation, monitoring, and controls systems engineering for facilities utilities in semiconductor construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement control schemes for utilities (gas, chemical, water, HVAC, electrical).
• Develop P&IDs, control logic, PLC/SCADA interfaces, alarm systems, interlocks, and redundancy strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations related to instrumentation safety, high‑pressure systems, and hazardous materials.
• Support commissioning, loop checks, and start‑up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
• 8 years in industrial I&C engineering in Japan.
• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, process instrumentation, automation networks.
• Japanese required; English beneficial.

Requirement:Must have I&C engineering experience within Japan.
