Responsibilities and Tasks

• Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications

• Develop and maintain test flows to ensure specification compliance and to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases

• Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization

• Drive and implement rootcause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams

• Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions

• Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and crosssite handover

• Own LPDDRspecific validation items (e.g., power, timing margin, IDD, trainingrelated behaviors)

• Support yield ramp and issue containment during early production phases

Required Skills

• Strong electrical testing skills using ATE platforms

• Solid Electrical Engineering fundamentals

• Experience with data mining and yield analysis

• Good understanding of IC design and semiconductor devices

• Programming capability: Python is preferred

• Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus

• Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing organizations

• Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Process Integration, Application Engineering, and Test Solutions teams

• Participate in crosssite technical alignment and handover between Taiwan, Japan, and other global teams

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

• Desired: Background in VLSI, Semiconductor Physics, or Nanotechnology

• Preferred: Japanese language capability is a plus
