Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in layout design and space modeling for Fab, Cleanroom, Lab, and Office, supporting space utilization planning.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Layout, AMHS, FAC, HVM, and OI to support strategic space solutions and improve Lots transfer efficiency.

• Support space KPI tracking and utilization analysis, leveraging data to enable space optimization and planning decisions.

• Participate in new construction and expansion planning, including Move‑in / Move‑out coordination and basic budget or cost data preparation.

• Assist in Fab flow and AMHS transport analysis, identifying potential bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

• Support the standardization of space planning processes and participate in the implementation and improvement of intelligent tools (e.g., dashboards or space management systems).

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Fab layout, space planning, space modeling, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.

• Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data to support space and layout decisions.

• Good logical thinking and problem‑solving ability, with interest in using data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• Willingness to learn and use digital / intelligent tools, with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Awareness of operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.

• Possible work locations: Taichung, Taoyuan, Miaoli, Tainan
