• プロジェクトチームと協力し、プロジェクトリスクを特定し、解決策を評価する。

要件

学歴　(必須)

学士号、もしくはそれに値するエンジニアリング分野での経験がある方。

職務経験　(必須)

以下いずれかの環境において、2年間以上の職務経験がある方：

• Fabオペレーション、エンジニアリング全般
• プログラムおよびプロジェクトマネジメント

**要求される能力　**（全て満たしている必要は無い）

• 製造、エンジニアリングプロセス・システムにおける経験及び理解がある。
• 自発的で、最小の監督下でも効率的に業務を行うことができる。
• 高い分析力を持ち、複雑な情報をシンプルにまとめ説明することができる。
• 文章、口頭においての高いコミュニケーションスキルがある（英語スキル含む）。
• 優れたチームワークスキルおよび高いマルチタスクスキルがある。
• 優れたプロジェクト・タイムマネジメントスキルおよび優先付けのスキルがある。
• 強い影響力を持ち、部門横断的な問題を解決した経験がある。

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Ensure strategic roadmaps, tracked to achieve business plan and latest BIC targets
• Provide program and project performance updates periodically
• Manage and ensure program and project performance to the planned schedule, cost, and scope
• Plan and schedule program/project timelines and record milestones using appropriate tools
• Communicate with all key stakeholders to request feedback and maintain positive working relationships
• Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies and procedures
• Work with the project teams to identify project risks and evaluate solutions

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering disciplines

Experience

2 years working experience in any of the following environments:

• Frontend Fab Engineering
• Program and Project Management

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and systems
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills and capability to summarize complex information into simple explanations
• Excellent written and oral communications skills (Including English skill)
• Possess good teamwork skills and strong multi-tasking capability
• Demonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skills
• Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-function group issues to resolution
