Job Summary/ Responsibilities

As the SENIOR ENGINEER, PROJECT MANAGEMENT at Micron, you will drive key strategic initiatives, including Government Grant Projects and Strategic Expansion Projects. This role requires expertise in cross-functional coordination, regulatory compliance, and risk management with technical background to ensure project delivery aligns with corporate growth objectives.

Government Grant Project Execution:

• Cross-Function Cooperation: Partner with Micron leadership, R&D, and Operations to execute Grant project, with a focus on R&D innovation, co-innovation, and localization initiatives.

• Compliance & Performance Monitoring: Drive accountability and ensure strict compliance with grant commitments; monitor progress and partner with relevant stakeholders to track performance metrics regularly.

• Audit Coordination and Presentation: Prepare and present comprehensive materials for regular government audits.

• Risk Mitigation & Change Management: Highlight areas of improvement and opportunities. Validate the potential risk for R&D progress, Co-innovation and Localization. Coordinate the internal parties to propose the plan change to the government when necessary.

Expansion Project Planning & Execution:

• Partner with Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and HR to implement rigorous project controls, conduct regular reviews, and adapt plans to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Successful Candidates for this position will have the following:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Planning, Industrial Engineering or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred)
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and Good in English.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent execution ability organized and high attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Growth mindset and strong dedication to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor and/or Masters’ degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
