As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue free release to both internal and external customers. Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.

Job Description:

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of NAND and SSD Product engineers

• Responsible for both product development and supporting high volume manufacturing of NAND and SSD.

• Support for failure analysis, yield improvement and data analysis.

• Perform detailed electrical and physical failure analysis and work with other departments to resolve component NAND and SSD related issues.

• Troubleshooting failure from customer return and provide solutions to fix the problems.

• Work closely with FW, system architecture, global Product Eng teams to develop test flow, validation plan, qualification of multiple customers and drive cross functional taskforce for qualification gating issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer engineering.

• 5 years of Management experience in leading and developing team

• Relevant experience in NAND or SSD industry will be an advantage.

• Relevant experience with computer hardware, knowledge of storage interface such as SATA, SAS will be an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years working experience related to SSD/Product Development.

• Good understanding of NAND/SSD device operation, interfaces, product development

• Excellent Problem solving and Analytical skills.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Strong leadership characters.
