Role Purpose

Serve as the strategic global business partner leader for Fab 15, partnering with site
leadership and global stakeholders to shape workforce strategy, enable leadership
excellence, and drive cultural transformation. This role influences enterprise priorities
while ensuring operational excellence and talent readiness for future growth.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Leadership Enablement

  • Act as the primary People advisor to Site Leadership Team (LT), aligning People
  • strategy with business objectives and long-term site vision.
  • Drive succession planning, workforce strategy, and diversity initiatives to
  • strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Provide executive coaching and guidance on organizational design, leadership
  • development, and complex People matters.
  • Represent People function in site governance forums, influencing decisions with
  • data-driven insights.

Enterprise Program Leadership

  • Lead site-level enablement of global People programs (Rewards, Recognition,
  • Learning, Talent Management), ensuring seamless adoption and impact.
  • Champion change management for job level structure transitions, SPOC
  • optimization, and career pathing for IC managers.
  • Oversee compensation and promotion cycles, ensuring fairness, compliance, and
  • alignment with global frameworks.

People Analytics & Operational Excellence

  • Utilize advanced People analytics to inform strategic decisions, track KPIs, and
  • identify trends impacting workforce health.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and insights for site and global leadership.
  • Influence Centers of Excellence with feedback to continuously improve program
  • design.

Culture & Engagement

  • Drive culture-building initiatives, including recognition programs, engagement
  • action planning, and leadership o􀆯sites.
  • Serve as a trusted voice for employee experience, fostering inclusion and
  • collaboration across the site.

Talent Management & ER

  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
  • Partner with recruiting teams on strategic hiring and workforce planning.
  • Provide oversight for complex ER cases, ensuring resolution aligned with company
  • values and legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic partnership
  • at senior levels.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in People analytics and workforce
  • planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese; ability to navigate
  • cultural nuances.
  • Growth mindset and ability to drive transformation in a fast-paced, global
  • environment.
