- Identify and size growth opportunities by conducting in-depth analysis of market dynamics, customer behavior, and partnership performance-translating findings into prioritized initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable impact
- Design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programs that accelerate solution awareness, consideration, and adoption across advertiser segments, optimizing performance throughout the funnel
- Develop and manage end-to-end measurement frameworks that demonstrate marketing's impact on key business outcomes, including advertiser activation, revenue growth, and product adoption metrics
- Partner with internal and ecosystem partners to co-create go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and joint marketing initiatives that unlock mutual growth

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Partnerships, Data Science, and Creative teams to deliver integrated programs that move the business forward
- Continuously identify emerging trends, technologies, and growth levers-championing new approaches and fostering an environment of experimentation within the team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, product growth, data science, agency or management consulting with demonstrated track record of driving measurable business results
- Experience developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across multiple marketing channels, with proven ability to optimize performance and scale successful programs
- Proficiency with data analysis and SQL, including extracting, manipulating, and analyzing campaign performance, audience, and behavioral data to generate actionable insights

- Experience establishing KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models that connect marketing activities to business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience to solve complex, ambiguous business problems through structured thinking, impact-versus-effort prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven communication skills with ability to create compelling presentations and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments, coordinating across technical and non-technical teams to deliver on time and with high quality
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and designing executive-level dashboards that communicate complex insights to varied audiences
- Track record of building and scaling technology partnership programs or ecosystem marketing initiatives
- Experience marketing advertising products, measurement solutions, or developer/API-oriented products to technical and business audiences
- Knowledge of Meta's advertising products and platform capabilities, or experience with similar advertising technologies
