The ideal candidate has worked closely with SMBs and understands their needs, is well versed in generative AI and data, and has experience leading and growing world-class technical product teams. Director, Product Management

SMB Lead Responsibilities:

• Leadership responsibility for our Business AI SMB product area to deliver business AI agents across Meta properties.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, AI research, and data science leaders to rapidly experiment, iterate, and validate to achieve product-market fit, increased usage, growth, and scale.
• Collaborate, navigate and influence across the organization and broader Meta product organization, especially with our Facebook and Instagram ads organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years leading and growing high-performing product teams
• Proven track record initiating and delivering product-led growth enterprise products from zero to scale
• Proven experience to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to make product, technical, and business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms, AI (ideally agents), and data products for powering RAG and finetuning, coupled with strong product instinct, growth mindset and innate desire to keep up, learn, and experiment with AI developments as the space rapidly evolves.
• Experience working with SMB tools and integrations (eg Shopify) and has a strong understanding of the SMB customer lifecycle and pain points.
• Product leadership experience. Proven experience to build great teams and get big things done across functions and products at companies similar to Meta.
• Close to the details but also proven leadership building high-quality, at-scale 20+ PM organizations. Ideally has had experience previously in product design also.
• Deep customer understanding and empathy, and has built successful business-facing products at scale.
• Enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on and into the details.
• Proven track record taking products from zero to one, bias for action, moves fast.
