We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our RL Finance Business Operations team at Reality Labs. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping business investment decisions through comprehensive financial analysis and data-driven insights, driving impactful financial analysis to influence strategic roadmap and product investment decisions. Additionally, you will lead strategic and operational projects, fostering process improvements, and cultivating great cross-functional partnerships across Reality Labs and Finance. Finance & Business Operations Associate, Reality Labs Responsibilities:

• Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis
• Enable data-driven decision making and analysis of product decisions and strategic roadmap investments
• Develop ROI analysis on investments with an understanding of cost drivers and long-term strategic implications for RL portfolio
• Analyze critical capital Investments, headcount requirements, and long-term strategic implications of agreements
• Develop financial reporting and insights to business leaders through scenario based modeling and long-range forecasting
• Own ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required, and drive process improvements by partnering with cross functional owners
• Develop working business partnerships with various functions across Reality Labs and Finance

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, or product management
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related analytical field
• Experience building financial models
• Experience in synthesizing strategic insights for executives
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with leadership
• Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity

$103,000/year to $154,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
