  • 全社戦略および Customer Engagement(CE) Vision に基づいた、中長期的なソリューションの理解と連携維持

  • グローバルチームと連携して、特に営業を中心とした顧客エンゲージメント活動を支援するソリューションの導入と継続的な改善

  • 四半期ごとの優先事項への集中とプロジェクト管理およびチェンジマネジメントの推進

Job TitleMember – Field Enablement Group

Job Summary:

As a member of the Field Enablement Group, this role drives the implementation and ongoing management of systems and applications essential to sales-led customer engagement. The position is involved in diverse initiatives to maximize business impact and supports daily operations in partnership with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to the execution of the enterprise strategy and the Customer Engagement Vision.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of, and alignment with, mid- to long‑term solutions grounded in the enterprise strategy and Customer Engagement (CE) Vision

  • In partnership with global teams, drive the implementation and continuous improvement of solutions that support customer engagement activities, with a primary focus on Sales

  • Prioritize quarterly objectives, manage projects and execute change management activities

  • Define and assess requirements through cross-functional collaboration, and facilitate alignment and decision-making with global teams

  • Apply agile methodologies and proactively collaborate within and across teams

  • Continuously enhance business processes and system capabilities based on industry trends and user feedback

  • Investigate system incidents and coordinate remediation in collaboration with relevant functions

  • Ensure compliance with the latest rules and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Create value through effective communication with the team, global solution teams, internal departments, executives, and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Strong logical communication skills grounded in strategic thinking; high business acumen

  • Proficiency in Japanese communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with the ability to structure complex information and convey/understand key points

  • Ability to operate effectively in English

  • Understanding of compliance in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Learning agility: proactively acquiring new knowledge and applying it in practice

  • Experience working in a team and the ability to build effective collaborative relationships with team members

<Preferred>

  • Experience contributing to the implementation of enterprise business systems spanning multiple departments

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Hands-on experience with agile development and project management

  • Experience driving projects in collaboration with global stakeholders

  • Experience designing and executing change management for projects involving organizational or business process changes
