A Day in the Life
Our ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) business is a leader in innovation, revolutionizing how healthcare professionals address ENT conditions. With state-of-the-art products, a collaborative culture, and an unwavering commitment to enhancing patient outcomes, we’re making a lasting impact on the world of healthcare.
You will join a passionate team driving meaningful change in patients' lives. You will represent Medtronic’s market-leading ENT product portfolio and work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions. You will cover the Benelux and Nordics region and report to the Business Director. Candidates are expected to already be residing in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Develop strategies and execute marketing plans for ENT product portfolio to achieve annual business goals

Work with the European marketing team, country sales managers and sales reps/TCs to implement plans to drive portfolio growth with focus on the product launches

Function as the product live cycle owner including but not limited to technical, clinical and marketing activities and to be the expert reference for a range of ENT products

Execute the portfolio digital strategy, including all marketing materials and communication approvals and dissemination

Develop strategies aligning with stakeholders focusing on entry, distribution, product/model/indication mix, market, and account segmentation

Build & develop strong collaboration to local KOLs
Required Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field

Min 2 years of experience in marketing/sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record in product launches and developing effective marketing strategies
-
Fluency in Dutch and English
