The Opportunity:

This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD). This team is committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be fully responsible for leading the OTC portfolio to achieve market share growth and achievement of sales and financial targets. The incumbent will work closely with multiple commercial operation team to ensure success in the development of strategy, creative and execution plans, product support and sales execution.

  • What You’ll Do

  • Champion the development of OTC marketing plan & strategies for multiple products with sales revenue of more than RM45 million.

  • Build strong multi-channel engagement plan to maximize opportunities across the channels and stakeholders mix in order to strengthen promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for TA portfolio.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the TA portfolio.

  • Effectively manage HCP relationships to support continuous education and disease update to healthcare professionals and specialists.

  • Provide product training and role play sessions to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and effective selling.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Science or any other equivalent.

  • 5 years' experience in Product Management from Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/ Marketing in an MNC environment.

  • Good interpersonal, presentation and cross functional skills.

  • Strong analytical and influencing skills.
