A Day in the Life

As an Intern, you will support our Tender Team with the contract-related aspects of the tender process. Your contribution will help Medtronic Romania serve patients faster and more efficiently by ensuring that critical products are delivered on time. The goal is to prepare accurate and timely contracts and tender documents, playing a key role in supporting patient access.

Internship details:

• Start date: mid-March 2026

• Location: Bucharest

• Office address: 42 - 44 Bucuresti-Ploiesti Road, Building B. Baneasa Business & Technology Park. Bucharest 013696

• Duration: 6 months

• Working hours: 5,5 hours per day

• Working model: hybrid (3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Providing administrative support for the Tender Department, including data entry, tracking contract requirements, document archiving, and other contract-related administrative tasks.
• Supporting contract management
• Contributing to Tender documents preparation
• Assisting with the day-to-day activities of Tender department
• Providing general administrative support for the Tender team in a professional manner
• Sorting and processing incoming contract correspondence (e-mails)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Recently graduated or in the last year of bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Fluent in Romanian and intermediate level in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Eager to learn & develop

Would be a plus:

• Legal, paralegal, administrative, medical or technical background is welcome but not required
