A Day in the Life
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to be an integral member of our highly successful Spinal and Biologics team in Brisbane. You will represent a comprehensive and market leading portfolio with innovative solutions including AI, patient specific implants and an ecosystem of technologies which all integrate to drive efficiencies in spinal surgery.
Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) is the market leader in spinal implants, robotics, and navigation. We are redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients. We are the first company to offer an integrated solution that includes artificial intelligence-driven surgical planning, personalized spinal implants, and robotic-assisted surgical delivery to make patient care more customized.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role will see you use your high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to drive your own success, grow market share and achieve sales revenues.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace

Provide regular, meaningful, and concise reports to the Regional Sales Manager

Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products – products updates, trial and in-services.

Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research.

Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.

Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained.

Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products.

Actively seek to develop and expand on territory management and selling skills.

Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders
Required Knowledge and Experience:
-
High school Diploma
-
Proven experience in medical device sales preferably in spine technologies.
-
Operating room experience
-
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required
