You’ll help manage real estate cost data, lease and contract information, and the systems that underpin our development and construction activity. Working closely with internal teams and global partners, you’ll ensure our property records are accurate, our governance processes are followed, and our reporting is meaningful and actionable.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in property administration, real estate data, construction support, or estate management who is looking to broaden their exposure across development, construction, and estate operations. You’ll contribute to project delivery, estate optimisation, and the smooth running of our development function within a fast‑paced, global organisation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Development Team by maintaining property and project records, tracking commitments and expenditure and assisting with budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Coordinate contracts, tenders, and procurement activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, milestones are tracked and governance requirements are met.
  • Manage development and construction data systems (e.g Portal, Aconex), including document uploads, version control, user access, and audit readiness.
  • Provide organisational support to senior construction leaders, including planning meetings, preparing materials, managing logistics, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Real Estate Cost & Lease Support

  • Assist with service charge, rates, and insurance validation.
  • Share key cost and data metrics with internal stakeholders and franchisees.
  • Support Surveyors and Estate Management Assistants with landlord and tenant interactions.
  • Work with Real Estate Accounts and the Global Lease Manager to align contractual liabilities with payment schedules.

Reporting, Insights & Compliance

  • Contribute to reporting and dashboard development with global and market teams.
  • Support strategic planning through data analysis and insights.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Provide data inputs for estate optimisation and construction tracking.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings and support Development’s interactions with the wider business

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with property lease management or construction purchase‑ordering platforms (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate contract management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal and financial terms within lease documentation.
  • Proficiency with reporting and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, TRIRIGA or similar).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
