During your internship in our team, you will become part of an international and collaborative environment where business, IT and operations closely interact. You will help strengthen our global service organization by working on a variety of topics, such as activities related to service partners, warranty management and the alignment of service workflows across countries.

A core part of your role will be to support our ongoing digital transformation efforts — from testing new functionalities and preparing training content to contributing to change management activities.

You will assist in the expansion of our service solutions into additional countries, by taking part in scoping new markets and coordinating with international stakeholders.

In close collaboration with our global process owners, you will drive our knowledge management process, identifying and structuring business requirements, and supporting the ongoing enhancement and development of this process.

Your daily work will also include project management tasks, such as monitoring progress, preparing reports and maintaining Jira-based project tracking, to ensure transparency throughout the rollout.

Furthermore, you will support the documentation and continuous improvement of service processes, helping to maintain a consistent and up-to-date process framework.

Last but not least, you will get hands-on insights into service process management, requirement engineering, agile methods and the operational side of an international service network.

Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT Management or comparable

Experience and Knowledge: confident handling of MS Office; strong interest in digital processes; first practical experience in an international or cross-functional environment is a plus; initial exposure to tools such as Jira, Signavio or Solution Manager beneficial

Personality and Working Practice: you bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working in diverse and interdisciplinary teams and approach tasks in a structured, proactive and self-driven manner; you are quick to understand complex topics, comfortable working with IT-related content and open to taking responsibility for your own work packages

Work Routine: partially mobile working is possible with on-site team days

Enthusiasm: passionate about working in a customer service environment and contributing to the development of service business processes; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Languages: business fluent in English and very good in German
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations, letter of recommendation, if possible and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
