Managing Consultant, Services Business Development

All About The Role:

The Services Business Development Manager (Managing Consultant) will be responsible for broadening Mastercard's Services engagement with financial and non-financial institutions in Türkiye through business development activities across consulting, digital transformation, insights, analytics, and marketing services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Together with existing team, contribute to and execute against Services growth strategy
• Identify the most critical aspects of a problem Client or market is facing to determine new business opportunities
• Leverage deep knowledge of all Services capabilities and how they fit together to create customized and relevant solutions for clients
• Leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized proposals for the clients
• Write well-structured and persuasive proposals and communicate with executives
• Develop strong relationships / partnerships with senior level client management
• Pursue Services opportunities with senior client executives and deliver strong pitches
• Align efforts with Mastercard core team for business success, including managing external obstacles and maintaining leadership alignment and support
• Partner with project teams to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up opportunities
• Play a key role in creation of new Intellectual Capital and become “thought partner” for clients
• Actively participate in training and developing others

All About You:

• Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm and/or business development experience in data-driven solutions
• Payments/banking expertise and experience helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work on a team or independently
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills

Education:

• Undergraduate degree required
• An MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
