The Security Director will act as the subject matter expert for all Security products and programs, including Network Solutions, Cyber Solutions, Identity Solutions, AI solutions, and others.

Role Do you have a passion for security, innovation or digital payments?Are you ready to develop and deliver safer and simpler ways for consumers to pay?Are you motivated to drive market change?The initial focus of the candidate will be to drive the evolution and scale of Mastercard's security and authentication solutions that improve approvals while helping issuers and merchants manage fraud and chargebacks.

• The candidate will ensure the products they manage are successful through all lifecycle phases - sell, deploy and run.
• He or she will execute strategies to maximize revenue from Security within local markets / regions• Roles in this family provide knowledge of local markets, regulators and develop go-to-market plans and identify new revenue or business development opportunities• Enable and support sales of Security Solutions, Network Solutions, and Identity Solutions• Responsible for launching, expanding use and optimizing Mastercard's Identity solutions in Customers• Enable sales teams with content and training required to execute product and market sales objectives.
• Serve as Security's expert and support advanced sales opportunities as needed.
• Develop next gen market strategy for Security & lead corresponding execution of product go-to-market plans.
• Work with regional product & sales teams on opportunities to package services for customer segments.
• Responsible for In-Market product financial performance including P&L for specific products• Advocates for and champions designated products internally and in the external market• Selects and monitors a product's key performance metrics within a region• Recommends solutions to challenges in the region's portfolio or product strategy• Supervises a group/team, ensures compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes, identifies and coaches top talent within own team Other Areas Leads the In-Market "Life Cycle management" of a small suite of products, including conceptualization, enhancement, launch and continued evaluation Experiences• Extensive experience executing product adjustments across payment types, technologies and customer industries• Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plan in multiple markets• Successful track record strategically managing P&L for multiple Master Card projects and products Corporate Security Responsibility
