Title and Summary

Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer:

TC Admin File Transfer specialist will be responsible for the configuration of File Transfers for Master Card. This is a 2nd level /IT support position. Assist with the day-to-day support functions for File Transfers, which include frequent communication with Customers and Internal Support Teams. Support includes working with Vendor Products and Master Card developed solutions.

• To establish connectivity for File Transfers in support of our application teams• Communicate with our customers on the requirements for setting up file transfers• Ensure timeliness of delivery of the transfers and resolve any issues that arise.

• Role• Communication with various teams and the customers on the requirements to set up File Transfers.

• Coordinate the necessary Change Control request to support updates to the environment.

• Act as a 2nd level support of the Operations Command Center• Facilitate conference calls to test and validate connectivity of our supported protocols.

• All About You• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Candidates should have strong knowledge of the Internet based transfer Mechanism of Secure File Transfer (SFTP) using PGP encryption. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving SFTP failures.

• Mainframe environments, including TSO, experience with IBM's CONNECT: Direct product, and skills in data translation across multiple operating systems such as Mainframe, Unix, and Windows. Proficiency in troubleshooting and Microsoft Excel and Access are also needed.

• The role seeks self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals capable of researching complex issues, bridging gaps between customers, technology, and business partners, and building relationships across various teams.

• Must be fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English Corporate Security Responsibility
