- Serve as a trusted intelligence advisor, helping stakeholders understand emerging threats, assess risk, and make informed, balanced decisions.
- Protect Mastercard, its people, and the global payments ecosystem by delivering intelligence that drives real-world impact.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with strong ability to develop compelling visuals, metrics, and executive-ready materials.
- Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess ambiguous threat information and make sound recommendations.
- A demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of decency, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders and mentoring or guiding other analysts.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential intelligence with discretion and professionalism.

- Experience creating high-quality presentations, developing metrics and visuals from diverse data sources, and coordinating briefings, meetings, or events.
- A continuous-improvement mindset, with a desire to enhance Fusion Center processes, workflows, and intelligence outputs.
- Proactive in building strong working relationships with internal partners and external public-sector and private-sector stakeholders.
- Skilled at explaining technical and intelligence concepts succinctly, accurately, and confidently.
