Our commitment to innovation is evident in our suite of products, including Click to Pay, Secure Card on File Tokenization, Agentic Payments, and Token Authentication Service, all designed to create seamless digital payment experiences on a scale.
The Secure Card on File (SCOF) team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to play an important role in advancing 100% tokenization strategy, enabling safer, resilient, and more scalable digital payment across global merchants, PSPs, and ecosystem partners.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing B2B customer experiences, demonstrate unwavering motivation, possess intellectual curiosity, and maintain a data-driven analytical approach. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work across geographical time zones are essential for this role.

Role:

Translate customer needs and data findings into clear product requirements, enhancements, and readiness activities.

Lead the development and execution of strategy to tackle under-tokenized segments.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive adoption, resolve issues, and enable successful product rollouts.

Create crisp product materials and recommendations that advance tokenization and strengthen Mastercard’s value proposition.

All About You

Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong organizational and project coordination abilities in fast paced, cross functional environments.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Strategic thinker with enough technical fluency to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and improvements.
-
Comfortable working hands on with data, research, and insights to support product decisions.
-
Curiosity about technology, including how AI and emerging tools can solve real customer problems.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with payments or financial services is a plus
