Overview:
This Senior Specialist role in Product Management will support the commercialisation and sales expansion of Operational Reports across one of the five global regions. The role will focus on driving product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and contributing to the development of commercialization strategies. The individual will work closely with regional ACS teams and the Global Product Management team to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ACS teams to support product commercialisation efforts and drive customer engagement
Assist in identifying short-term and long-term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trends
Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go-to-market efforts
Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and help quantify product value for customers
Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, and support initiatives to improve customer engagement
Assist in developing KPIs and tools to track commercialization success
Contribute to the creation of region-specific commercial constructs and go-to-market strategies
Develop customer value narratives and case studies to support sales conversations
Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materials
Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to support commercialization goals
All About You:
2+ years of product management experience with a focus on go-to-market, pricing, and commercialisation in technology or data-driven solutions; experience in payments or financial services is preferred
Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen
Exposure to API and AI-based product commercialization is a plus
Ability to support strategic product initiatives and contribute to business transformation
Analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and supporting sales efforts
Understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Prior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization is beneficial
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
