Job Title: Customer Insights Lead

Location: Hyderabad, India

As a key member of the Insights team, you will bring a fresh perspective to understanding consumer behavior and apply these insights to business and marketing challenges. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating new product ideas, testing their relevance, and building differentiated propositions based on consumer, product, and usage insights. What Are We Looking For?

Essential Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing

• 8–10 years of experience in Market Research, with strong quantitative research expertise and basic exposure to qualitative research

• Proficiency in product testing methods and related analysis

• Experience in both agency (e.g., Kantar, IPSOS, BASES) and client-side roles (FMCG, Automotive, or Telecom sectors)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working on NPDs/prototype iterations in CTI/CMI/Innovation roles on the client side

What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities?

• Champion consumer insights to fuel innovation and drive business growth.

• Generate and institutionalize consumer-based knowledge to inform marketing decisions on targeting, positioning, product development, pricing, and advertising.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on quantitative research.

• Manage all aspects of consumer research, including sample design, research process, data analysis, and application of findings to business challenges.
