Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead strategic business development for Ali group include 4 TMALL flagship stores/TMALL mart/ TMALL global: lead annual business strategy and plan; responsible for sales/ P&L/ market share target

2.Lead DCOM transformation pilot project: sustainable business model, D2C, etc.

3.Accelerate D2C business model: target consumer reach and recruitment; CRM; new product launch and development; data to insight for whole business

4.Team leadership and associate development (team member 5): build effective team to reach business target; help individual development

5.Platform management: JBP with Ali, category leadership relationship

6.TP management: TP assessment/ contract negotiation/ business optimization with TP

7.Cross functional cooperation: co-work with marketing/supply/finance team to deliver business target

Requirements:

1.8+ years Experiences in Ecom customer management, multiple channels management experience
2.Strong logic thinking and data analysis skills
3.Team player, experience of leading a team
4.Fluent written and oral English
