Job Description:
工作目的：
为生产线维修提供专业支持。 确保生产工艺和设备运行良好，必要时支持和领导项目。
职责：
1.快速修复设备停机并记录分析根本原因，参与设备改造。
2.日常巡检，包括：高配房，MCC室，公共设施、产线记录并解决发现的问题点。
3.按时保质完成既定设备计划维护内容。
4.做好交接班记录。
5.配合工程师完成交办的其他工作
岗位要求：
机电一体化或类似专业，专科及以上文凭，2年以上一线维修经验，有快消品公司维修经验者优先。
技能要求：
1.熟悉管路、泵阀、电机风机、传感器、电磁阀、气动元件和输送系统，并了解其常见故障的识别和处理方式。
2.能读懂电气、机械图纸和设备手册。
3.具备独立检修AC220v至380v供电设备和DC24v控制回路的能力。
4.具备泵阀、电机风机、变频器更换能力。
5.良好的执行力和动手能力。
6.良好的安全质量意识。
