Job Description:

We are looking for a experienced marketing coordinator. The associate will be responsible for handling artwork processes across Mars Wrigley Portfolio in Nordics including MPC (Master Pack Copy), proof reading and ensuring input for legal text database for all segments. Furthermore coordination between stakeholders related to POs (Purchase Orders). This role will also play a pivotal role in localization of digital assets. There will be opportunities to lead own projects.

Location: Ørestad, Copenhagen

Please be aware this position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis until the end of 2026, with part-time working hours ranging from 20 to 25 hours per week.

Daily presence, either on-site or remote, is required, with reduced hours each day.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Project lead for MPC (Master Pack Copy) related projects

• Responsible for localization of the artworks to all necessary languages across Nordics according to the artwork process

• Key user of PO and invoicing systems (Arriba, Cora) and responsible for PO/FO creation

• Responsible for localization and upload of DCOM assets to Salsify

• Responsible for Digital assets management for Gum & Chocolate portfolio (Websites, social media)

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Experience in Marketing is preferred

• Experience in FMCG industry is preferred

• English professional proficiency required

• Fluency in minimum one Nordic language as a plus

• Advanced usage of Excel

• Tech Savvy

• Attention to detail and structured
