Here at Mars we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to come and join our factory team as a Operator

What are we looking for?

• Junior College or above

• Good verbal communication skills

• Good at Microsoft Office

• 3+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with a background in manufacturing or engineering

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Proficient in energy sources and isolation of equipment within the position, able to guide other colleagues in LOTO tasks and update lockout WI in a timely manner

熟练掌握本岗位内设备的能量源及隔离方式，能够指导其他同事完成锁定任务并及时更新锁定WI

• Proficient with the requirement of OPRP and able to mentor other coworkers.

熟练掌握本岗位内的OPRP点要求并能够指导其他同事完成

• Monitoring and timely and effective control CCP and parameters involved in the emulsifier and oven area.

监视并及时有效地控制蒸煮区域所涉及关键点和参数。

• Maintain GMP compliance in the area

时刻保持区域内GMP符合标准

• Ability to complete start-up preparations and work requirements during shutdowns to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.

能够完成开机准备及停产期间的工作要求，及时发现和解决设备故障。

• Proficient in SOP, disassembling, and cleaning equipment in the position and keeping WI up-to-date

熟练掌握本岗位设备操作、拆卸、清洁的标准并及时更新WI

• Report accurately and promptly to the shift manager on the work of the position

准确及时地向上级经理汇报当班的岗位工作情况

• Actively participates in CI activity in the area and in the position, and makes suggestions for improvement.

积极参与区域内和本岗位的持续改善工作，提出合理化改善建议

• Arrange production based on production plan, effective control of the production speed to avoid unnecessary losses。

按照生产计划合理安排生产，有效地控制生产节奏避免不必要损失

• Completion of planned volume on time and effective control of scrap

按时完成计划产量并有效控制返工料及废料的产生

• Ensure product quality, especially sealing quality and product weight stability

时刻关注产品质量，特别是封口质量和产品重量的稳定性
