Here’s the Deal:

The OTC Regional Head – LAM will lead a high-performing team with a primary focus on Collections, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing risk exposure across integrated and non-integrated entities. This role requires a strong leader who can drive results, manage escalations, and influence key stakeholders, including senior client representatives. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Collections, operational excellence, and the ability to lead a geographically distributed team to deliver measurable impact on cash flow and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing, geographically distributed team (Mexico, Manila, Santos)
  • Drive Collections performance across integrated and non-integrated entities
  • Ensure timely cash recovery and minimize credit risk exposure
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex collection cases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Finance) to balance client strategy and risk limits
  • Monitor KPIs, including DSO and % overdue, and take proactive actions to meet targets
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development to team members

The Basics:

  • 15+ years of experience, with the majority in Collections and credit management in a regional or multi-entity context
  • Proven leadership experience, managing geographically distributed teams and driving high-performing results
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience interacting with senior clients and cross-functional internal teams
