We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customs Broker Agent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of global trade and logistics. If you are passionate about customs clearance operations, have a strong understanding of import/export operations, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities- Manage a diverse range of customs documentations.

• Manage Customs clearance process.
• Communication with customers and carriers
• Communication with the customs office
• Collaboration with other branches of the company
• Processing of cases in the terminal and customs software (ORIAN)

To be successful in this role we believe you should bring the following skills and experiences:

• Experience in managing customs clearance operations.
• Experience in managing import/export operations is a plus
• Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with ORIAN ERP customs application is an added advantage.
• Willingness to continuous learning.
• Solution oriented, willing to learn and highly responsible and able to create and maintain a good working environment
