As an Airfreight Specialist, you will own and manage the full operational cycle of AIR shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination, and timely customer invoicing. You’ll play a key role in delivering a world‑class logistics experience. 🚀

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • 🚚 Coordinate transport with multiple parties for pickups and deliveries
  • 🛫 Coordination of import & export air operations
  • 🛫 Manage bookings with airlines and consolidations
  • 🧾 Handle customs procedures
  • 📄 Prepare and manage documentation (AWB, Manifest, etc.)
  • 📢 Post or accept pre‑alerts
  • 💰 Manage operational finance (customer invoicing, supplier invoices, file closing)
  • 💻 Update systems (Cargowise One)
  • 🤝 Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders to manage all steps of an AIR shipment

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of airfreight operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid stakeholder management abilities
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to high‑quality delivery
  • A customer‑centric mindset and passion for creating excellent experiences
  • Language skills: Spanish & English required;Portuguese highly valued
  • A proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented approach ✨
