Key Responsibilities:

• Executes according to SLA's.

• Has detailed understanding of processes and SOP's.

• Adheres to controls.

• Has ideas for improvements.

• Informs Supervisor about any process issues.

• Collection calls - inbound and outbound (Portguese)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree

• Fluent in both English and Portuguese

• Willing to work in Pasig City

• Amenable to work the night shift and mid shift
