As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value through Maersk’s integrated logistics offerings. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to our commercial strategy.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a customer portfolio, focusing on both retention and new business
  • Identify customer needs and position Maersk’s integrated logistics solutions to create value
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: opportunity development, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, business reviews, and commercial proposals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Represent Maersk at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management (ideally in logistics, supply chain, or B2B)
  • Fluency in Chinese and English
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
  • Knowledge of the regional market and its commercial dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, customer‑centric mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • A collaborative, positive, and solution‑oriented approach
