Job Description:

DXC cultivates a work environment that attracts and retains some of the most skilled talent in today’s workplace. With a strategic focus on our people and our customers, we are committed to doing what’s best for both. That’s why we’re creating a workplace where employees seize change as an opportunity to accelerate their careers and amplify customer success.

We are motivated to learn and succeed together—to build our future and get things done

Your career is about what you want to be and achieve. It’s about bringing your skills, curiosity, creativity, and your true self to your work.

Due to continued growth DXC Technology have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Banking/Payments Sales Professional and Key Relationship Builder who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You are equally comfortable engaging with executives on strategic business priorities as you are diving into technical discussions with product and engineering teams.

With a strong background in banking, payments, or fintech, you’re eager to apply your expertise across industries and explore new opportunities. You bring a deep understanding of the buyer journey and excel at leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a consultative, value-driven way.

You know how to differentiate in competitive markets, building trust and demonstrating value through a combination of product expertise, technical knowledge, and commercial acumen. Analytical by nature, you enjoy unpacking business models, quantifying ROI, and helping customers make confident investment decisions.

You’re energized by prospecting and business development, and you have the drive to independently manage the full sales cycle—from first outreach to closing. Beyond selling, you’re passionate about hunting: shaping sales processes, refining value propositions, and creating the tools and assets that elevate the entire team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability to engage in both business and technical conversations across all levels of an organization
  • Experience in banking, payments, or fintech, with interest in applying this knowledge across industries
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to lead complex, multi-party sales cycles
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding business models and quantifying value
  • Self-starter who thrives on prospecting and driving deals end-to-end
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to process improvement and sales enablement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a named account list, developing account plans to expand business with existing clients and win new logos
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the right executive engagement at every stage
  • Shape our platform partnership strategy and help establish scalable, repeatable engagement models
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate and nurture new opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Contribute to team initiatives to refine and improve our sales process
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to influence product direction and engagement strategy

Qualifications:

  • Extensive years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proven success in consultative sales with experience selling ACV deals
  • Experience selling to product, engineering, technical, and leadership stakeholders
  • Skilled in pipeline development through both inbound and outbound channels, ideally in high-growth environments
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Passion for Fin Tech and awareness of market trends
  • Ability to evangelize GrowthX’s value across fintech and adjacent verticals

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Fin Tech, Payments, or API-first companies
  • Understanding of digital assets, embedded finance, application of AI in the context of modernization
  • Familiarity with the regulatory or compliance landscape in the UK/EU

Location

  • London-based, with availability to work 2+ days per week in our office and flexibility for travel

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.
