Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Front-End Angular Developer to strengthen the Sipar team.

Sipar is maintained and further developed by a dedicated Scrum team working closely with AJH and the justice houses. The 2026 roadmap is well-defined and ambitious, including functional enhancements as well as essential technical upgrades to keep the platform secure, modern, and future-proof. The application integrates with multiple systems within AJH, as well as Flemish and federal government platforms.

The team works in a hybrid setup: partly remote, partly from our offices in Mechelen, and partly from the AJH offices in Brussels-North.

  • Maintain and further develop our Angular front-end application;

  • Collaborate within an international Agile team;

  • Implement user stories end-to-end — from concept to production — with strong attention to quality, performance, and maintainability;

  • Provide estimates for simple to moderately complex project work

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the application and development practices;

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Angular developer;

  • Strong understanding of Angular concepts (components, modules, services, RxJS, routing, state management, etc.) — beyond just hands-on usage;

  • Experience designing and implementing robust, scalable Angular applications;

  • Solid experience with Git, testing tools, Jira, and Confluence

  • Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP);

  • Full-stack knowledge (Java) is a plus, but front-end expertise is the primary focus;

  • Languages:

    • Dutch (CEFR level C2 – European Dutch);

    • English (professional working proficiency);

  • A meaningful project within the public sector, contributing to justice and enforcement services;

  • A stable, long-term engagement (minimum 1 year, extension possible);

  • A mature Agile environment with a strong 2026 roadmap

  • Hybrid working model;

  • Peer coaching and knowledge sharing within the team.

Please note: No formal training program is foreseen during this assignment, but peer coaching and team support are provided.

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf. More information on employment scams is available here.
